• The Studio will not share or disclose the Client's materials without prior consent.

• The number of revisions will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Timely feedback and approvals from the Client are crucial to meet project deadlines.

• The Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• The Client is responsible for final proofing of all designs and materials. The Studio is not liable for errors approved by the Client.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Termination fees may apply based on the progress of the project.

• The Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.
